Sold! Bend’s Liberty Theater fetches $1.5M

The Liberty Theater in downtown Bend sold Thursday for $1.5 million at a public auction held inside the building.

The opening bid was $1 million and three people entered bids.

The winning bidder declined to identify himself or comment.
