PORTLAND — An inmate who escaped from a work crew in a city of Portland truck has been captured.

The state Department of Corrections says Scotty Lee Jackson was working as part of a 10-man crew in north Portland when he took off at about 11 a.m. Wednesday. A patrol officer arrested him....
