Kelowna ace fans 13 in victory over Elks

KELOWNA, British Columbia — The card dealt to the Bend Elks on Tuesday night was an ace.

Bryn Card, a left-hander from Klamath Falls and the University of Utah, struck out 13 batters en route to a complete-game victory as the Kelowna Falcons downed the Elks 5-2.
