Certain area schools to require education partnership agreements

When parents enroll their children this fall at certain Bend-La Pine schools, they will be asked to sign an agreement to follow a few basic guidelines.

They should try to bring their child to school on time each day. They should give their kids time to study and review their homework with them.....
