Retail growth in moderation

Developers still expect to attract more national retailers around new big-box stores, but it might be a little while

The development of new stores around Redmond’s three new big-box retailers has not happened as fast as expected, and the national economic slowdown is to blame, say commercial real estate brokers who have seen inquiries and lease negotiations slow to a trickle.
