Investment firm buys shuttered Oregon mill

EUGENE — A Minnesota investment firm has been cleared by a bankruptcy judge to purchase Halsey’s Pope & Talbot pulp mill, which put 180 people out of work when it closed in May.

Officials at Wayzata Investment Partners have declined to comment on their plans for the mill.....
