My wife recently walked our dog down to the neighborhood mailboxes to pick up the morning Bulletin. There, standing by the mail and newspaper boxes, was a 1- to 2-year-old female dog, looking lost and lonesome. My wife went to see if the dog had a tag on its collar, but it didn’t.....
