Grad night fun, safety can run up a high price

Money for all-night parties is well spent, school officials say

This week, students around Central Oregon will graduate from high school, moving on to new chapters of life. To ensure the graduates have a chance to safely celebrate their four years together, parent committees around the area will throw all-night parties.
