Joe Benevento is the new executive chef at Cork in downtown Bend. He replaces Greg Unruh, who co-founded the restaurant and wine bar with Carin Hill in 2001. Benevento was Unruh’s sous chef for about a year and a half before taking the top position May 1. A menu change in early June....
