Juniper Ridge could have a second business soon: Bend’s Pepsi beverage distributor has told the city it wants 10 acres of land in the sprawling mixed-use project.

In what could be an $8 million investment, Pepsi-Cola Co. of Bend would move its 85 employees to a larger facility....
