Oregon-based Tillamook Cheese, a farmer-owner cheese- maker, is accepting entries for its annual macaroni and cheese recipe contest.

Selected recipes will be tasted by a professional chef, and six finalists will compete in a mac ’n’ cheese cook-off in Portland in October.....
