Myanmar yields on aid workers

BANGKOK, Thailand — Myanmar’s junta promised Friday to allow into the country “all aid workers” of any nationality, after three weeks of blocking assistance to cyclone victims, the U.N. secretary-general, Ban Ki-moon, announced.
