Voters favoring trio of state crime measures

SALEM — Voters on Tuesday were narrowly leading a trio of statewide ballot referrals, including Measure 53, which loosens the standard for police to seize property and dollars alleged to be connected to crime.

It was passing 51 percent to 49 percent as of 11:06 p.m.
