James Schilling needs Bend’s Dial-A-Ride bus service to visit his wife, who is getting medical care. He uses the buses to attend church with her on Sunday.

Geraldine Siprs is wheelchair bound. She says Dial-A-Ride gives her independence and that having access to the service on Sunday....
