Police reopened U.S. Highway 97 near Cottonwood Road, but traffic was still moving slowly through the area about 7:40 p.m. The highway was closed for about two hours due to an injury accident involving a semi-truck, Deschutes County emergency officials reported. For more on this story, pick up....
