New financing secured for Bend subdivision in default

Randy Sebastian, president of Lake Oswego-based homebuilder Renaissance Homes, announced Monday that he arranged new financing for the 210-lot Renaissance Ridge project and last week paid off KeyBank, which had issued a $13.1 million notice of default on the Bend project in March.
