Oregon rail service back after mudslide

PORTLAND — Union Pacific says it has completed repairs and restored service to a rail line damaged by a mudslide.

A mudslide hit the line near Oakridge in January and wiped out 3,000 feet of track in three different areas.

The slide blocked Amtrak passenger traffic up and down the West....
