Two Central Oregon women are suing a Springfield trailer manufacturer for $37,000, saying a 9-year-old Morgan cross horse kicked its way out of a moving trailer and tumbled out into rush-hour traffic.
A mare named Shoney suffered two broken front legs and had to be euthanized on Interstate 205....
