New ham radio rules on agenda in Deschutes County

After several months of heated discussion, the Deschutes County commissioners will vote on ham radio rules at their meeting Monday morning.

The new county rules will allow people to build towers to any height, but owners must get building permits. Signs, lighting and shiny colors....
