Bend’s third annual Tip-a-Cop fundraiser will be held today at Red Robin restaurant in The Old Mill District.
From noon to 8 p.m., local law enforcement will be busing tables at the restaurant, chatting with guests and collecting tips to benefit the Special Olympics Oregon.
