Deschutes County will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. April 21 at the Deschutes Services Center, 1300 N.W. Wall St., in Bend.
People will be able to discuss a proposed outdoor mass gathering permit for a blues music festival on a roughly 20-acre parcel in the Tumalo Reservoir Road area.
