I wish to comment on the proposed change for the Badlands Wilderness Study Area from a WSA to a Wilderness designation. This 30,000-acre piece of land, located east of Bend in the BLM Prineville District, deserves to be preserved for the future needs of our rapidly growing population of the Bend....
