Silisak (Jerry) Phaisavath and Elaine Larson missed Central Oregon. With family in Sisters, the former Black Butte Ranch executive chef and his wife were tiring of the San Francisco Bay Area after four years. So they returned to Oregon in search of their perfect space for a restaurant.
