Suspected shooter dead, 2 injured north of La Pine

Three people were shot, one fatally, around 9 p.m. Thursday just north of La Pine, according to dispatchers with Deschutes County 911.

Officials said the person killed was the suspected shooter.

The incident took place at two houses next door to each other, on Burgess Road near the intersection....
