Cold, wet weather has prevented crews from laying asphalt, delaying the opening of the Redmond reroute of U.S. Highway 97, according to Oregon Department of Transportation spokesman Peter Murphy.
The tentative opening date of the reroute is now April 14, he said, weather permitting.
