Dusty days

I was delighted to read in The Bulletin that Bend had only 20 days of moderate air quality and zero unhealthy days all last year. That sounds pretty good. The fact is that, in the last month, Bend’s streets, sidewalks and neighborhoods have been dusty enough to choke a horse.
