Central Oregon musher pulls out of sled dog race just before finish

For Rachael Scdoris, it was a tough decision — but she knew it was the right one.

The legally blind musher from Alfalfa last week pulled out of the 2008 Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race 941 miles into the 1,100-mile race across Alaska.
