Asparagus is low in fat and calories and a good source of vitamin K, which helps blood clot properly. It also has a healthy dose of folic acid, B vitamins, potassium and fiber.
Watch out: There are lots of yummy toppings for asparagus, not all of them healthy. Be careful of how much melted....
