Bend police arrested two teens Tuesday night on suspicion of shooting at a car driven by an unidentified 40-year-old man.

Officers were called to the intersection of Northeast Seward and Northeast Fourth Streets in Bend on a report of shots fired at about 9:30 p.m., according to a news release....
