Many still don’t have their kicker checks

SALEM — Nearly 13,000 Oregonians are missing their kicker checks, each one averaging more than $200.

The U.S. Postal Service couldn’t find about 25,000 out of the 1.6 million taxpayers to whom the tax rebates were mailed just before Christmas.
