A Bend man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of assaulting and kidnapping a Bend woman.
Abel Gutierrez Prieto, 20, is accused of breaking into the woman’s home some time between late Saturday night and Sunday morning, according to a news release from the Bend Police Department.
