On, Tuesday, Feb. 25, I was driving through the Butler Market roundabout at 5 p.m. when a middle-age woman in a big Buick tried to pull out in front of me. I was 4 to 5 feet from her, and she was trying to bluff her way through the roundabout. This has happened to me hundreds of times before.....
