Police responded to a Bend home at the intersection of Butler Market Road and Purcell Boulevard around 3:20 p.m. Thursday, after a passerby reported seeing a person on the roof with a gun pointing at Butler Market, according to Sgt. Brian Kindel of the Bend Police Department.
