Redmond woman says police never notified her when vehicle was found

It’s no surprise that Karen Barr was upset when she discovered Saturday afternoon that somebody stole her 1985 Chevy Blazer from in front of her Redmond home.

But Barr was “shocked” after learning Monday that police failed to tell her they recovered the vehicle....
