For more than a decade, Marty McNamee has watched a seemingly endless parade of cars and trucks rumble by her Sixth Street coffee shop in Redmond, Local Grounds. The constant traffic has brought noise, dust and dirt and made strolling past downtown storefronts on foot a treacherous endeavor.
