Crook County will change its court system – but not till 2013

PRINEVILLE — Scott Cooper will not be Crook County’s last county judge.

After three hours of discussion at its regular meeting Wednesday, the Crook County Court voted 2-1 to make the switch to a three-member board of commissioners system — in 2013.
