Police on Sunday were still looking for a man armed with a knife who stole a Bend woman’s car Saturday afternoon in the Costco parking lot, Bend Police Sgt. Dan Ritchie said.
The man allegedly forced the woman, who was with her 8-month-old child, to lie on the ground and stole her....
