A man armed with a knife forced a Bend woman, who was with her 8-month-old child, to lie on the ground Saturday afternoon in the Costco parking lot, then stole her sport utility vehicle, Bend police said.
Neither the woman nor the child was injured, according to a news release from the Bend....
