City, Juniper developers reconcile

Officials hope to have Juniper Ridge master plan in place by May

The Bend City Council gave its blessing Wednesday night to a reworked agreement on Juniper Ridge that means the city can plan for the placement of homes and businesses in the project and for a new interchange at Cooley Road and U.S. Highway 97.
