Too much snow for sno-parks? Plow funds dwindling

The recent wintry weather has been a mixed blessing for Central Oregon’s sno-parks.

While skiers, snowshoers and snowmobilers might have enjoyed the fresh snow, the money set aside to plow the parking areas is dwindling.

Now, the Ochoco National Forest is asking people to avoid one....
