Weather is responsible for small percentage of delays at Redmond

Take a six-person field operations staff, put large snowplows, giant brushes and shovels in their hands, add some good geography and Redmond Airport functions without a hitch during snowstorms like the ones that have pounded Central Oregon this winter.
