Harsh weather forces cancellation of Regional Special Olympics competition

A Special Olympics Oregon Regional Snow Sports Competition, scheduled for today at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort on Mount Hood, has been canceled because of hazardous weather and road conditions in the region, event organizers announced Friday.
