Donald Lee Novak, of Burns, died Jan. 4 of cancer. He was 80.

Mr. Novak was born June 12, 1927, in Wichita, Kan., the son of Ivan and Martha (Lindhorst) Novak. He married Patricia Smith on July 2, 1949, in Redmond.
