The Lead Eye Bugger is another variation of a Woolly Bugger. Its lead eyes make it move with a weight-forward motion that suggests a swimming leech or a big-eyed, vulnerable baitfish, headed for the bottom. Tie it in olive for a passable dragon fly imitation.
