Stricter ID rules go into effect Feb. 4

Beginning Feb. 4, stricter rules will affect Oregonians applying for or renewing their driver’s license, according to a news release from the Oregon Department of Transportation.

A state commission formally adopted the rule change Thursday, according to the release.
