Competitors in the second annual Hot Dog Eating Contest at Central Oregon Community College had 10 minutes to devour as many hot dogs, with buns, as they could. Andrew Groza, 19, emerged from the pack to win the competition Thursday by consuming nine hot dogs within the allotted....
