Bend musher entered in Oregon sled dog race

JOSEPH — Bino Fowler of Bend is entered in the 12-dog, 200-mile Eagle Cap Sled Dog Race, set to begin on Jan. 16 at the Wallowa Lake State Park and Recreation Area.

The fourth annual event also includes an eight-dog, 100-mile race.
