Bend Deputy Fire Marshal Susan Lovisco was arraigned Thursday on three counts of recklessly endangering another and one count of reckless driving, according to court records.
All are misdemeanors.
The charges come from a July 4 incident, when Lovisco, 40, was accused of nearly hitting people....
