The Oregon Legislature’s upcoming special session just got a little more special. Sen. Larry George, R-Sherwood, has filed a lawsuit to block the event, which is scheduled to begin Feb. 4. Off-year sessions are supposed to occur only in emergencies, he says. And Oregon is not suffering....
