MIP law’s age limit increases

Driving or not, 18- to 20-year-olds now can lose licenses for drinking

Starting today, underage drinkers convicted of a minor in possession of alcohol offense will have to turn over their driver’s licenses for at least 90 days and in some cases will have to stay off the road for a full year.
